Refit Process
Assess & Plan - Our leading hand will come through to conduct a thorough site assessment, discussing furniture removal, new installations, and any necessary structural or layout changes to fit your exact needs.
Remove Old Furniture and Fixtures - We quickly and carefully remove your old furniture and fixtures, clearing your space efficiently and minimising business disruption. Getting ready for your fresh new space.
Structural/Layout Changes - If required, we make layout or structural adjustments, such as rearranging walls or partitions, to align with your new design.
Install New Furniture and Fixtures - Our team installs all new furniture and fixtures, ensuring your space is functional, organized, and ready for immediate use.
Reuse & Recycle - We prioritise sustainable disposal by either sending recovered items to community groups or to one of our sustainability partners as seen bellow. Our goal is to minimise waste and support green building through responsible resource management.
Report - We provide a Resource Report detailing the amount of waste diverted, reused, or recycled, which can enhance your ESG scores, certifications, and future planning.
