Our Story.

ERC started as a way to shake up the norm of unreliable and low-quality labour supply in Aotearoa.

Back in early 2022, four young ambitious entrepreneurs kicked off ERC by taking on garden jobs and other tasks people just didn't have the time or know-how to do.

Before long, we saw a bigger opportunity in the construction industry and jumped right in, providing extra reliable hands for sites all over Auckland.

Fast forward to today, and ERC Group has grown to a team of over 20 awesome workers spread across construction, warehousing, and other industries. Our focus is still all about reliability, quality, and sustainability. We’ve built strong partnerships with local companies and keep a close eye on our environmental impact for the good of the future of Aotearoa.
